Swine Flu Precautions

With all the hype about the swine flu earlier this year, it has finally come to the regular flu season. So far I can name at least 5 different people that have the flu or swine flu. I never noticed before how many people are affected with it. I've never had the flu (knock on wood) and I don't reguarly get flu shots whether they are free or not. However, with all the people I know having someone in their family sick, maybe I should reconsider...

Or maybe these guys have the right idea...

What WOULD you do?

I'm reading the Twilight series of books right now. I just had to see what the fuss was all about... Actually the books are really fun to read and without cable or internet in our new home I have nothing better to do.

Anyway, the vampires in the book never sleep. Never. Ever. So that got me thinking about sleep. What would life be like if we didn't require sleep? Would we be more productive? I guess we'd never hear the words "didn't sleep good last night" and "so tired" anymore. But seriously, what would you do with those extra hours everyday?

I've been thinking about it for a while and I have no answer. Maybe I'm boring? Maybe I'm just too tired from reading to think about anything but sleeping. :)

I completely understand

I changed my work hours from 8-5 to 7-4 since we moved to our new house. As much as I HATE coffee, I completely understand why people drink it in the mornings for their wake up. I need to figure out how to wake up with something like that.
